Old Town Hall, Weymouth - Celebration

JOIN THE CELEBRATION AT THE OLD TOWN HALL, WEYMOUTH on Sunday 13th September 2009 - 11am to 6pm. Visitors can enjoy: Display of local history of the area and signed copies of the book Weymouth Through Time from which a donation is made to the Old Town Hall for each copy sold. Re-enactment by Pike and Shot Tour and Event Company (PASTE), Art displays, Photographic displays, Music, Refreshments, Information about the Old Town Hall project to renovate and restore the building for it to be used as a Heritage Centre on one floor and an Arts Centre on the other. There will be a lot more besides, so do come along and see what its all about. Location: Old Town Hall, High Street, Weymouth - opposite the Boot Inn down the end of High West Street and diagonally behind the council offices on North Quay. Nearest car park is the council offices car park which is open to anyone at weekends, pay and display. This event is hosted by Guardians of the Old Town Hall (GOTH)
